The fund is incorporated in The Netherlands and is regulated under the Dutch Financial Services Act (Wet financieel toezicht) exemption scheme.
The fund is managed by ROI am BV - www.roiam.eu . The Manager holds a licence to operate as fundmanager and is regulated by the Dutch financial authorities.
